Payment & Insurance Policy
In order to offer you sufficient time, individualized attention, and comprehensive treatment plans, we do not bill insurance directly for services rendered. However, we are happy to provide you with “Superbill” paperwork, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are considered an “out-of-network provider”.
If you would like more information about how your particular insurance will reimburse you for your visits, here are some questions to ask:
1. Do I have naturopathic coverage?
2. Do I have out-of-network benefits?
3. What is my co-pay or co-insurance for visits with out-of-network providers?
4. What is my deductible, and how much of it have I met?
